Counselling Service Lead
POST TITLE: Counselling Service Lead
LOCATION:
29/31 Abbey Street, Accrington BB5 1EN
This role may require local travel
HOURS OF DUTY: 28 hours per week
SALARY: £25,000 per year, actual, plus pension contribution
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 2 years (extension dependent on funding)
RESPONSIBLE TO: Manager of Maundy Relief

- Volunteers and students
External
- External funders
- Therapy clients
- Referring and partner agencies
Main Purpose of the Post
- To lead on the delivery and development Maundy Relief’s counselling service
- To lead on the recruitment, training and supervision of volunteer and student counsellors
- To provide an internal and external point of contact for Maundy’s counselling service
- To work collaboratively with the senior management team to further the organisational aims and objectives of Maundy Relief
